4 years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with experience in startups or scale-ups.
- Initial education in an engineering/scientific field.
- Fluency in English and French required.

You will work alongside the COO, serving as a mirror to our company's co-founder and COO, Emmanuelle Martiano, former BCG principal. Your role will involve providing support in various operational topics and dedicating time to work on more strategic initiatives.

This includes day-to-day tasks such as preparing and following up on meetings, reaching out and aligning with the right persons in the organization, as well as more strategic work involving building knowledge on specific topics and implementing them within our organization.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting our COO in her upcoming missions, which include both internal and external topics:
Internal topics (2/3 of time):

- Manage our company's portfolio of drug discovery projects on an interim basis.
- Design and implement efficient work and communication methods within the team.
- Set goals for the teams.
- Oversee HR and promote company culture, working with the Head of People.
- Recruit key executive profiles in the company.

External topics (1/3 of time):

- Handle sales and content delivery of collaborations with Pharma companies.
- Collaborate with the CEO on Board governance and public relationships.
- Provide support for some Marketing and communication aspects.

Profil recherché
- 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with experience in startups or scale-ups.
- Initial education in an engineering/scientific field.
- Excellent ability to structure tasks and provide solutions.
- Pragmatism and determination to carry out projects and achieve objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to navigate effectively within the team.
- Efficient communication, including a reflex to take notes and provide written follow-ups.
- Fluency in English and French required.
