**‍ As an ML/AI Engineer at Qonto, you will**
- **Drive ML-powered innovation**: Be at the heart of Qonto’s AI journey, designing and launching prototypes that push the boundaries of what’s possible for our customers.
- **Build with velocity and rigor**: Deliver tangible ML features and experiments at a rapid pace, blending technical excellence with product intuition.
- **Own the full ML lifecycle**: From data exploration and model development to deployment and monitoring—you’re accountable for the outcome and learning at every stage.
- **Collaborate across disciplines**: Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to ensure every solution is both technically robust and business-relevant.
- **Shape the technical vision**: Influence the choice of tools, frameworks, and infra—experimenting with cutting-edge GenAI, scalable cloud platforms, and modern ML ops practices.

**About Your Future Manager**

You’ll collaborate closely with **Sophie**, our accomplished product lead. With years of experience driving product strategy and delivery in both fast-growing startups and established tech companies, Sophie has a proven track record of turning vision into reality. She’s led cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, always with a laser focus on solving real customer problems.

**About You**
- **AI Systems Builder**: You deliver robust, end-to-end AI solutions—not just models, but full products.
- **Modern AI Expertise**: You have hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent-based systems.
- **Full-Stack Skills**: You’re comfortable across backend and frontend, able to productionize ML models.
- **Cutting-Edge Mindset**: You thrive on experimenting, learning fast, and using new AI tools and frameworks.
- **Ownership & Collaboration**: You take responsibility for impact, communicate clearly, and adapt to feedback.
