Senior ML/AI Engineer – Demand Sensing

Contexte

Nous recherchons un profil senior ML/AI Engineer pour accompagner un acteur majeur du luxe sur la mise en place d'un algorithme de demand sensing, basé sur des signaux internes (ventes, stocks, promotions, historiques) et surtout externes (social listening, tendances marché, météo, signaux digitaux, etc.).

La mission couvrira pour commencer une phase de cadrage et de POC (use cases, data mapping, méthodologie) avec les équipes data, finance et marketing. Possibilité de prolongation sur les phases suivantes (industrialisation, déploiement, change).

Profil recherché

  • 5+ ans d'expérience technique en machine learning / data science / AI, en environnement data / supply chain / marketing
  • À l'aise dans la gestion de projets complexes dans de grands groupes
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux demand planning / forecasting / supply chain
  • Capacité à structurer, synthétiser et interagir avec des équipes métiers et techniques

Durée
: Mission initiale de 12 semaines, avec fortes probabilités de prolongation sur les phases suivantes
