It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. As HR specialist, you will collaborate closely with your Manager to assist with some of the activities in the HR department. You will focus on the administration of talent reviews, retention activities, Recruitment, Onboarding, training and development (Soft Skills), compensation reviews and premiums calculations for the Commercial Team. **Your main missions will be following**: - Support the Senior HR Manager with all HR activities related to BIC Department (recruitment, onboarding, training, development, retention, Compensation reviews and local benchmarks, Payroll reviews). - Collaborate with BIC Department Team Managers to deliver core HR processes, including support for rewards, performance management, coaching, employee relations and recruitment. - Provide advice and guidance on HR issues in order to minimise risk and financial exposure. - Support business change process based on strategic guidance and direction established by the management. - Work on developing data analytics to identify key trends in the business and collaborate with members of HR team to provide recommendations and solutions. - Other duties assigned by the HR Senior Manager & HR Director. **Job requirements**: - Previous experience on a similar position of minimum 2 years; - Bachelor education; - Previous experience with French labor law; - Knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2 to the European Language Framework); - Sufficient computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook). **SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES** - communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal; - excellent decision making and team-work skills; - client - oriented behavior; - capable to work autonomously; - capable to adhere to details for qualitative tasks fulfillment.
