Cycloid, an engineering platform with a unique emphasis on digital sobriety, is looking for an ESG Officer to join as an intern and help us shape a future where technology and sustainability can coexist harmoniously, leaving a lasting positive legacy.

**What is my challenge ?**:
As our ESG officer intern, you'll join our international growth journey, developing yourself by taking on the responsibility to follow up and improve our ESG policy. You'll be at the heart of our ESG policy and truly have the opportunity to make a difference at Cycloid.

You’ll be visible throughout all of Cycloid, but you'll be rooted in our General Administration team. You will work in tandem with our Finance and Administration Officer to set up and enrich the current ESG KPIs, update our Carbon Footprint calculation, help us work on obtaining ESG certifications such as B Corp, suggest how to improve our current ESG policy, etc.

Your role will be axed on 2 major pillars:
1. Evaluate our current situation in comparison to the market:

- Make a list of what current available tools and practices exist and are developed
- Evaluate our KPIs against the IT world, similar size companies, and clients/public expectations
- Suggest an actionable plan

2. Follow up on our existing projects and set up new ones:

- Help us improve our current carbon footprint follow-up and calculations, participate in the various label assessments already launched
- Start setting up the approved actions you suggested
- Work with the marketing team to value your actions through our communication tools

**What should I bring to the table?**:
Your experience and skills:

- Remote DNA: you are excited to work remotely and independently while optimizing the tools in place to communicate daily with the team
- Knowledge/experience with ESG: you have studied ESG trends and current developments
- Knowledge/experience with calculation tools through work experience or school, such as Google sheets, excel.
- A real interest for HR, ESG, and actions on climate change in companies
- You are comfortable communicating in French and English

Degree requirements:

- Studying for a degree in ESG or in HR

Benefits:

- Full remote at Cycloid (Based in Paris - France)
- Compensation : around 570€ per month (to be define based on your internship dates)
- 32h/week (Monday - Thursday)
