Index & Referentials Officer/ESG H/F **Position description** **Business unit **Operations, Data & IT - Operations, Client Servicing & Reporting **Job title **Index & Referentials Officer/ESG H/F **Contract type **Permanent **Mission** La mission de l'équipe est de récupérer les données et de fournir une copie aux différents systèmes (Fusion, CRD) et départements (FO, Risk, MO, Reporting etc...). - Le périmètre du domaine englobe toutes les données relatives à 1/ Les instruments signalétiques et les émetteurs, les tiers (Masterfile) 2/ Les numéros de prix et de risque (Masterprice) 3/ Indices (MasterIndex) Pour ces 3 activités, nous sommes le "Centre de Compétence" de Candriam, donc toutes les questions ou projets relatifs à ces trois activités doivent nous être adressés. Enfin, l'équipe a récemment été renforcée pour soutenir/gérer le processus de mise à jour des données ESG en étroite collaboration avec ESG Analysis & Investment Engineering. **Responsabilities** Les principales tâches seront les suivantes: - Diriger et contrôler le processus de mise à jour en organisant des réunions quotidiennes. - Vérifier et analyser les données ESG fournies par des fournisseurs ESG externes ou calculées par Candriam. - Gérer le processus d'annulation. - Documenter le catalogue de données ESG et son historique. D'autres tâches seront prises en charge en cas de besoin: - Être le point de contact avec les 5 principaux fournisseurs externes de données ESG - Contrôler l'étendue et le processus de toutes les données ESG Développer une cartographie automatique et pertinente avec les fournisseurs ESG au niveau de l'entreprise - Comprendre les données ESG pour faciliter la communication avec les autres départements. - Détecter et vérifier les entreprises qui perdent leurs données ESG. **Profile **Master en finance, économie ou statistiques Français et anglais écrit et parlé VBA, Phyton Expérience en gestion d'actifs, au moins 3 ans Intérêt pour les données ESG **Position location** **Job location **Europe, France **City **Paris **Education **4.
