It is situated along a dreamlike beach, just outside the charming town of Deshaies. The hotel contains one main building as well as a bungalow area with a total of 215 rooms. With previous restaurant experience and a real interest in food and wine, you enjoy guiding guests with thoughtful recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere from breakfast through dinner.

Key Responsibilities
:
- Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a smooth and friendly start to their visit
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on both food and wine
- Set up the restaurant and prepare stations for each service period
- Handle table reservations, changes, and cancellations with accuracy
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service
- Follow daily opening and closing routines
- Support administrative tasks such as end‑of‑day reports Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Natural interest in food, wine, and enhancing the guest experience
- Flexible, proactive, and ready to support the team in unexpected situations
- Fluent in Englishand French; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
