**Position**:
**Your role will be**:
**1) Follow-up the development of the projects within your scope**:

- Working closely with design and development teams
- Contribute to the consolidation protos launches and following up with development teams status of newness throughout development process
- Ensure timings are respected and raise alerts when needed
- Work closely with material designers on material orders and researches
- Preparing the documents and tools for the monitoring of the collection (Overviews, Collection Plan, Line List, Price List, Samples review..)
- Monitoring costs throughout the whole development giving target prices and work with the teams to reach the target margins

**2) Give support to LG Director with all Paris related activities**:

- Support as a relay in Paris for all showroom preparation
- Help Track samples/protos inventory in Paris alongside studio coordinator
- Assist when necessary in the preparation of key meetings in Paris, across all categories

**3) Contribute to the preparation of the buying session and Training package**:

- Assist in the organization and preparation of the photo shooting, training and the documents needed for the buying session
- Revise in detail the information on PLM (names, descriptions, prices etc) and share the Line List
- Assist the teams digitally and physically during the showroom
- Closely contribute in the follow up of the buying session, communicating updates and changes, and provide necessary data and support to Retail and Wholesale teams throughout the sales campaign.
- Help prepare training content to be shared centrally and be the point of reference for all product related questions

**What is important for the role**:

- **1 -2 years of experience in** **fashion merchandising/product development**
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and advanced in Excel
- **Excellent command in English & Spanish**
- Curious with a positive and can-do attitude; attention to detail
