Are you an experienced **Hotel General Manager** with a proven track record in leading significant hospitality operations? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to take the helm of a premier branded hotel in one of France’s major cities.
**About the Role**:
As **General Manager**, you will oversee the strategic and operational management of a high-profile property with state-of-the-art MICE facilities, including at least 3,000 sqm of meeting space. You will drive commercial success, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead a high-performing team in a major European gateway city.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence and financial targets.
- Oversee large-scale MICE operations, ensuring seamless execution of conferences and events.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and brand positioning.
- Maintain top-tier guest satisfaction and service standards in a competitive market.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a significant hotel with extensive conference and event facilities.
- A background in a major European gateway city with exposure to international markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in driving revenue and profitability.
- Expertise in managing large-scale MICE operations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
