The role

In this role, you will focus monitoring the progress and performance of various SharePoint sites and Power automate flows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You will also be committed to the continuous improvement of existent platforms, processes and tools, conducting regular status meetings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Strong strategic thinking, product management expertise, project management skills, and communication skills are paramount for this role. Familiarity with agile methodologies is highly desirable.

This profile will report directly to the Digital Factory Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Development and Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions using Power Platform and M365 to enhance business processes and improve efficiency.

Platform Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of digital platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and optimized for performance.

Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support for existing digital solutions, addressing issues promptly and ensuring continuous improvement.
Project Management: Manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to drive project success and resolve any issues.

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business operations.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital solutions.
- Technologies and Systems Knowledge: Azure Services, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure Identity
- Programming Languages: PowerShell, c#, Javascript, React, GraphAPI, JQuery, API, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, Angular,
- Project Management: Experience in project management is highly recommended. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
