We’re looking for a Senior Expert Architect to lead the design, integration, and performance of our global digital platforms – including brand websites, ecommerce platforms, internal apps, and DevSecOps.You’ll join our agile Global Tech organization at the heart of Paris, collaborating across brands, markets, and technical teams to shape the architecture that powers our digital future.Your Key Missions:As the Senior Architect for our digital platforms, you will:Own the end-to-end architecture of our global digital ecosystem: 400+ brand websites, ecommerce sites, internal digital apps, and enabling services (CMS, DAM, CRM, PIM, etc.).Define the platform vision and reference architecture for web, digital experience, and DevSecOps capabilities.Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment with strategic goals and operational scalability.Drive the integration of technologies across domains (e.g. customer data platforms, consent management, analytics, search) to ensure consistency, performance, and interoperability.Embed DevSecOps principles into our digital delivery pipelines and promote automation, observability, and security by design.Lead evaluations of vendors and technologies and define architectural standards to guide implementation and evolution.Support product teams and engineers with architectural guidance, best practices, and coaching to foster platform maturity and sustainability.Your Profile:You have 8+ years of experience in enterprise or platform architecture, ideally in digital/marketing/ecommerce environments.You’ve worked in complex global organizations, preferably multi-brand and multi-region (FMCG, consulting, or large-scale B2C/B2B environments).You are experienced with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred), containerization, middleware, and CI/CD pipelines.You have hands-on knowledge of digital platform components: CMS, DAM, CRM, PIM, analytics, customer data platforms, consent management.You can balance long-term strategic alignment with short-term delivery needs.You are a strong communicator, able to simplify complex architecture into clear narratives for business and tech stakeholders.You’re passionate about quality, security, and delivering scalable, modular systems in a collaborative team environment.Wait, there’s more…We offer you an outstanding and collaborative workplace that embodies our sharing & conviviality culture, the possibility to work remotely (up to 2 days a week), a very complete mutual insurance, an attractive compensation including profit-sharing, the possibility to train daily, employee events…Pernod Ricard is committed to offering equal opportunities to all talents.
