**Company Description**:
Ossiam is a French asset management company, subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers, which develops and manages investment mandates and funds, particularly ETFs.
Ossiam is specialized in quantitative management and has a total assets under management of more than 10 billion euros, with a staff of nearly 50.
You join the team as a Full-Stack Data Specialist (Quant Data Engineer) to manage the data infrastructure, automate processes and ensure integration with IT systems. Your primary mission will be to design, maintain and optimize data pipelines, databases and tools that support quantitative research strategies while ensuring the autonomy of the Research team on its workflows.
On a day-to-day basis, your tasks are:
- Design and maintain the appropriate data infrastructure and pipelines for processing time series of market, financial and sustainability data;
- Automate data quality controls, data updates and dataset migrations;
- Automate data access and pre-calculated analytics for alternative portfolio management and research teams;
- Support the development of quantitative strategies by creating a configuration base compatible with automated processing;
As a Full-Stack Data Specialist (Quant Data Engineer), you design, build and maintain the data pipelines that power the Research, ESG and alternative portfolio management teams. You ensure the integrity, versioning and quality control of your data, you also automate access to it through dedicated tools and APIs for research analysts. Working closely with Research and Alternative Portfolio Management teams, you identify their data needs for quantitative models, optimize data retrieval for backtesting and live search strategies. Finally, you set up automated processes for versioning and quality control of research deliverables (model results, backtests, pre-calculated analyses, functional controls), in order to structure and monitor the progress of the work, configurations of strategies and models, in a scalable logic.

You have at least 2 years of experience in data engineering, ideally in a context of managing historical data infrastructures (finance, market, sustainability), automation of workflows and quality controls and creation of tools for automated data access and processing.
You are proficient:
- Data engineering (ETL pipelines, automation), Python (Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy) and SQL;
- Data integration via APIs;
- Orchestration of workflows and automated quality controls;
- Collaborative environments (Research & IT), with management via Git etc.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Autonomous and proactive;
- Comfortable working with technical and quantitative teams;
- Rigorous and organized.
You master English with a C1 level.
