**Join Havana Club International in Cuba - V.I.E. Opportunity**

**Location**: Ronera San José, near Havana | **Duration**: 2 years | **Start Date**: As soon as possible

**Havana Club International**, a joint venture between Pernod Ricard and the Cuban government, is the world’s #3 international rum brand outside the US, proudly exported to over 120 countries. We’re looking for our next **Operations and Performance Analyst** to help us raise the bar in industrial excellence.

**What’s the role about?**
As Operations & Performance Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of continuous improvement efforts in our bottling operations. Acting as a bridge between production, QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment), and industrial management, you’ll drive performance, innovation, and sustainability across the board.

**Your main missions**:
**Production Efficiency (40%)**
- Monitor and report production KPIs
- Support weekly production meetings and Lean tool deployment (5S, SMED...)
- Propose and implement process improvements
- Train and engage bottling line operators

**Quality & Safety (30%)**
- Support implementation of Pernod Ricard’s QSE standards
- Ensure compliance and safety in daily operations
- Report on QSE performance indicators

**New Product Development (20%)**
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams
- Conduct industrial tests on bottling lines

**Sustainability Projects (10%)**
- Drive environmental projects (CO2 & water reduction)
- Contribute to CSRD reporting and foster collaboration with HQ

**You’ll interact with**:

- Internal: production, QSE, marketing & logistics teams in Cuba, plus Pernod Ricard global operations
- External: Cuban authorities via regular performance reviews

**Who are you?**
- Master’s or Engineering degree, ideally in agribusiness, food/beverage industry
- First professional experience required (apprenticeship included)
- Strong project & stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Spanish **and** English
- Proficient with Excel & PowerPoint
- Hands-on, collaborative, curious and resilient - and ready to live an exciting experience in Cuba

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement tools
- Interest in industrial innovation & sustainability
- A great attitude and sense of humor - it helps in Cuba
