Assurer la fonction de PRODUCT OWNER dans un contexte Agile. - Gestion de la vision de la solution. - Alimenter le backlog de la solution conformément aux priorités de la Direction de projet Third Party Security et aux attentes des utilisateurs IT. - Gestion des user stories.
- Assurer un premier niveau de tests de recette des livraisons. - Mettre en place les KPIs, dashboards, reportings... pour un pilotage quantitatif de qualité : suivi financier,suivi d'avancement projet. - Gestion des comités opérationnels.
- Assurer des présentations et reportings aux sponsors. -------------------------------------------- EXPERTISES INDISPENSABLES - Rôle de Product Owner en méthodologie Agile, dans un environnement complexe. - Mise en oeuvre avancée d'Excel pour manipuler des tables de données (pouvant éventuellement comporter plusieurs milliers de lignes), analyses, reportings et dashboards : filtres,TCD, tables, formules (IF / IFS, COUNTIF, XLOOKUP, etc.). - Environnement anglophone : rédaction de documents et animation de réunions en anglais.
