**Job summary**

We are looking for the next property manager to join our ever expanding hospitality team. If you are looking for a new adventure, and to make a difference, then this is the opportunity for you. You will be based in south of France and work both from the location of August homes and from your own home (hybrid).

**Your key responsibilities will encompass**:

- Be a main point of contact for Homeowners while in-stay
- Organise local utilities and Home Registration
- Maintaining and liaising relationships with the Home Experience team.
- Following the ‘ August way of working and follow processes
- Arrange cleaning, including monitoring and maintaining standards
- Be a primary key holder
- Provide check-in service.
- Provide concierge service prior to arrival where required (groceries, Welcome pack)
- Organise outdoor upkeep (Post, Gardens, Pools)
- Organise any maintenance, including emergencies
- Proactively
- Lead operational onboarding of new properties and testing
- Arrange and oversee laundering of linen
- Stock management
- Uphold local health and safety and fire safety standards and records
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritise tasks based on urgency.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs made, parts used, and time spent, to maintain accurate records.
- Meetings and Collaboration: Plan and lead coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and action plans.
- Follow the ‘August way‘ of working and processes.

**The person to fill this role will**:

- Valid drivers licence and clean driving record (Use of Own Car)
- Previous experience either in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Must hold a driving licence and have the ability to travel between locations.
- Experience in property management or hotels. (Minimum 2 years)
- Strong command of written and spoken English and French
- Great knowledge of the French riviera. Especially the Locations we have homes (Cannes, Tourettes-sur-Loup, Valbonne, to name a few).
- The ability to independently plan and complete projects with an ownership mindset.
- Be a well organised individual with excellent communication skills, keen eye for details, strong work ethics and exceptional grasp of legal concepts.
- Strong organisational skills and a professional manner.
- Bonus to have an understanding of one or more of the following languages: Italian and spanish
- A flexible, can-do attitude with a willingness to be flexible, learn and adapt to a fast growing and scaling business.
- Proficient with using maintenance equipment and tools.
- Excellent problem solving skills

**Hours and Package**:

- Full time contract 40 hours minimum across 7 Days
- Location: South of France, French Riviera
- Coverage will include: Valbonne, Le Rouret, Cannes, Picholine, Tourrettes
- Salary Package : €28 - €32 Per Annum
- Job Start - Immediate
- Travel between locations will be reimbursed.
