**Administration Manager**

**What will you do**

Since we are a small collective, you will be in charge for the whole administration of our company, in all departments:
**ADMIN**
- Take delivery of goods and distribute supplies through the organisation accordingly.
- Maintain documentation flow using our in-house system.
- Prepare and submit documentation to Corporate Accounting.
- Manage office supplies and assets inventory and distribution.

**FIN**
- Process incoming invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Issue client invoices in our in-house system and compile quarterly financial reports for the management.
- Handle employee travel expenses and salary documentation.

**LEGAL**
- Oversee company vehicle activities and legal compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Handling all necessary legal documentation.

**HRM**
- Maintain HR records and handle new employee documentation.
- Address legal matters related to HR.

**About you**

Education in Economics or related field.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Minimum one year of administrative experience.

Proficiency in French and English.

Familiarity with French legal frameworks (e.g., VAT, company compliance, HRM) preferred.
