Notre Poste:
Nous recrutons un Software Engineer pour continuer à développer notre plateforme logicielle, SteelSeries GG

).

Et surtout, il est prêt à influencer le développement de nos produits grâce à son engagement, ses compétences en programmation et design logiciel, mais aussi ses qualités d’analyse et de communication.

Nous sommes une équipe soudée et nous avons beaucoup de problèmes complexes à résoudre

- DURANT LE 1er MOIS, VOUS :_
- Découvrez votre équipe, les autres équipes et les produits.
- Montez en compétence sur notre stack technique.

Notre frontend est construit avec JS/ React. Le backend et les composants système utilisent des technologies variées (Python, Go, C#, C++...).
- Participez activement aux cérémonies de l’équipe
- Faites vos premiers commits, Pull requests et intégrations afin d’améliorer les fonctionnalités de SteelSeries GG.
- DANS LES 3 MOIS, VOUS :_
- Contribuez à faire évoluer notre plate-forme GG pour supporter une communauté de millions de joueurs
- Continuez à innover et à ajouter des fonctionnalités à SteelSeries GG
- Jouez et donnez votre avis sur les produits matériels « secrets » qui sortiront l'année prochaine
- DANS LES 6 MOIS VOUS :_
- Agissez en tant que véritable ingénieur multi-rôle en développant des fonctionnalités logicielles sur l’ensemble du produit (backend, frontend, composants intermédiaires).
- Contribuez à l’architecture technique, fournissez une analyse éclairée, participez au décisions.
- Maintenez le code propre en refactorisant proactivement tout au long des développements. Veillez à avoir une couverture de test adéquate et des revues de code efficaces.
- Participez à la vie de l’équipe pour améliorer régulièrement les pratiques et les process.

Le profil que nous recherchons:
Vous êtes un véritable passionné des technologies logicielles et au-delà de votre niveau de formation, vous avez avant tout:

- Expérience en développement logiciel (environ 5 ans) avec des produits mis sur le marché
- Intérêt à la fois pour le développement applicatif et système
- Vous savez vous adapter à de nouvelles stacks technologiques.
- Désir d'apprendre continuellement et d'exceller dans le domaine du génie logiciel.
- Capacité à partager ses connaissances.
- Anglais nécessaire pour échanger avec nos collègues de Singapour, Taiwan et USA : la collaboration est le maître mot de notre façon de travailler
