**About the role \uD83D\uDDA5️**:

- Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Talent Acquisition intern from January to join the People Team.
- Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Director, Elisa, you will join a team of 3 recruiters fully dedicated to talent acquisition for Vestiaire Collective all around the world. You will recruit interns, apprenticeships and long term contracts all over the world for all kind of positions.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our positions based in our Paris office. We are hiring for roles across all our teams Marketing, Finance, Operations, Tech, HR, VIP...

**What you will do \uD83D\uDC5C**:

- Source, coach & nurture the best profiles for Vestiaire
- Build your own strategy to grow solid pipelines to catch the best profiles
- Talent acquisition is not a transaction (only) exercise to you.
- Assess them to select excellence
- Being a close partner to your dedicated stakeholders.
- Ad hoc projects: prepare the monthly global meetings, following up all the data to be sure we are on track, how we can improve our recruitment process.

**Who you are**:

- You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and take full ownership of your tasks.
- You have a genuine passion for recruitment and enjoy working with people.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills in English, both written and spoken.
- You are proactive, autonomous, and not afraid to take initiative.
- You can secure an internship agreement from your school.
- Previous experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
- A first experience in Talent Acquisition or a commercial mindset with an interest in recruitment.
- You have a human-centered approach and the assertiveness to handle challenges confidently.
