Join us at the very beginning of our journey and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while helping us build high-performing teams to revolutionize preventive medicine through deeptech.
Under the guidance of the **Talent Acquisition Manager** and **Chief People Officer**, you will contribute to recruitment operations, sourcing top talent, and optimizing processes to scale our team efficiently.
**Your Missions**:
- ** Support the Recruitment Process**:
- Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Write and post job descriptions to attract top talent.
- **
Recruitment Operations & Employer Branding**:
- Help optimize and automate recruitment processes to support scaling.
- Manage recruitment tools (Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets) to track and report key hiring metrics.
- Conduct market research to map the talent landscape and enhance our employer brand positioning.
- Support internal recruitment initiatives and help promote hiring best practices across the company.
**Your Profile**:
- You are currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Passionate about talent acquisition and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- ** Tech-savvy**, comfortable using tools like **Google Suite, Notion, Slack**, and other digital platforms.
- Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in **French and English**.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools is a plus.
