ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We are looking for a Studio Producer to join our Content and CDO team. The position reports to the Head of Production who will support our iconic portfolio brands marketing teams to orchestrate ground breaking campaigns and always on conversation with our consumers.
THE ROLE
**The Studio Producer**:
Supervise the different audiovisual and print productions for COTY Brands.
Research and propose production solutions for COTY in partnership with Procurement
Works closely with the Marketing teams in order to ensure consistency in the pitches between different audiovisual productions on the various projects in order to contract the most competent/competitive partners, & the most artistically adequate
Manage all the logístical and administrative aspects (such as budgets and contracts follow-up) related to the execution of these projects in coordination with the Content Project Managers dedicated per brand.
Provide onset support to the Marketing Teams during the shoots to ensure their smooth running taking into account all the requirements highlighted by the Production Coordination team.
Helping on traffic
Enforce & influence the wider business (Consumer Beauty and Prestige division) on implementation and respect of best practices and processes
The Studio Producer is in relation with all the CDO departments (Advocacy and Social Commerce, Direct 2 Consumer, E-Retail and Pure Players, Innovation and Beauty Tech., Media and Performance, Digital IT), in order to keep the best innovative recommendations for our campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience in overseeing film / photo / digital / post production
Highly visually driven
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign / Premiere Pro), Excel is required, Apple Keynote is required, video editing and photography skills a plus
Minimum of 5+ years experience in agency or in-house creative studio
Excellent at evaluating creative work; able to give and receive feedback to support its development
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong sense of urgency to prioritize and orchestrate tasks and deliver on time while ensuring the highest quality standards
Strong attention to details and technicalities, excellence-driven
Proven success working with different levels of management and within fast-paced and evolving environments
Business acumen and keen interest for the beauty and luxury industries
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill sets
Strong negotiation skills
Fluent in English, which is the working language
360° initiatives including digital, social (incl. platforms such as Instagram and TikTok), influence, advocacy, E-commerce/E-retail and physical retail, across different markets
Knowledge of ecosystems for priority markets US & China is a plus
