Au sein d'un écosystème complexe dédié aux solutions pour les véhicules électriques, le Product Owner Software embarqué (2 produits) aura pour mission de définir et piloter la roadmap (gestion du backlog et de ses priorités) en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes:

- Définir la roadmap globale des 2 produits et communiquer sur celle-ci (point de contact principal du produit et communication auprès des parties.
- Recueil des besoins auprès des parties prenantes (filiales, Business développement, Opérations, Stratégie, IT ?)
- Clarifier les besoins avec les demandeurs
- Organiser les sessions d?analyse d?impact avec les experts du domaine et synthétiser les réflexions
- Synthétiser et définir une architecture (fonctionnelle / métier) macro des solutions et des différentes options, assurer l?estimation des charges et des délais permettant la prise de décision.
- Créer et maintenir le backlog produit, définition et synthèse des besoins, mise à jour et pilotage du backlog, priorisation... Assurer la validation du backlog
- Garantir un haut niveau de sécurité pour le software embarqué et ses communications
- Assurer la conformité avec les normes et règlementations du secteur
- Définir les users story (en collaboration avec les équipes de développement pour s'assurer de la bonne compréhension)
- Animer son équipe (développeurs, lead dev, Q/A, architecte ?) et planifier des itérations (sélection et clarification des objectifs) des équipes de développement
- Tester et valider les livraisons, réaliser les release notes, les démos et récupération des feedbacks

Participation à l'ensemble de la comitologie produit

Le niveau des compétences attendues sur ce poste est:
? Expérience en développement de logiciels pour des systèmes embarqués

? Expérience en intégration de systèmes temps réel

? Très bonne compréhension de l?architecture système et communication réseaux

? Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation

? Bonne compréhension du développement logiciel sur Linux

? Connaissances de langages de programmation C++/Java, protocoles de communication HTTPS, MQTT, SSH, Modbus et technos IOT : AWS

? Compréhension des principes de sécurité informatique : crypto, gestion d?identité et accès sécurisée, certificat
