**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for a Work Package Leader for the FIN Nacelle perimeter, which is the main power plant area.

The position is open within the structure department, and the applicant should have proven competencies around structure design and physical system integration.

**Mission**:
**YOUR MISSIONS**:

- Work on the development of FIN Nacelle of LCA60T:

- Define specifications.
- Define architecture and formalize definitions through engineering justification dossiers.
- Identify applicable technologies.
- Lead industrial selection process (RFI/ RFP/ Selection).
- Define logics of development.
- Coordinate transversal Design, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Supply activities.
- Work developing a partner or subcontractor for the WP.
- Work on follow-up of activities with partner.
- Integration between the FW team and Partner.
- Report functionally to the propulsion IPT Leader.
- Collaborate transversally with the propulsion and structure teams:

- Define the design in compliance with all requirements.
- Prepare 3D studies.
- Perform preliminary sizing.

**YOUR EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES**:

- Education: Bac +5 engineering school (General, mechanical/aero) or equivalent Master.
- Previous experience: minimum 2 years of experience into an aeronautical industry or 5 years on development product department.
- Experience as a Work Package Leader (Product Owner, PMO) is a plus.

**Profile**:
**YOUR COMPETENCIES**:

- Program management skills:

- Logic of development definition (planning, statement of work, costs).
- Partner interface management.
- V Cycle management (milestones preparation, pass fail criteria, deliverables definitions).
- Transverse Engineering fields coordination.
- Risk management.
- Design and preliminary sizing of aircraft structure:

- Design of composite structures.
- Design of metallic parts (sheet metal, machined part, extruded).
- Design of systems interfaces, assemblies and Installations.
- Elaboration of ICD documents.
- Support and follow-up of manufacturing, integration and test process and procedures.
- Manage requirements and create certification plan.
- CAD experience - CATIA V5 - (CATIA V6 / 3DExperience/ Macro CATIA programming is a plus).
- Knowledge on ASME GD&T is expected.
- Experience with Systems Integration is a plus.
- Experience with Stress Analysis is a plus.
- Experience in aerodynamics features such as FIN, Nacelle, Wings, Inlets, Exhaust, Nacas & Scoops concept is a plus.
- Normative & certification knowledge: CS-25, ARP4754, MILis a plus (not limited to).
- Applicable standards: ISO GPS quotation, stack-up standards, drawings standards.
- Parallel engineering (baseline and tradeoffs), Design for Value, score card.
