As an HR Business Partner, you support the managers of CIB Supports by providing them with relevant advice and solutions in managing their teams, deploying HR processes and developing the skills of their employees.

On a daily basis, your job is to:

- Manage and coordinate the relationship with the various departments and request HR expertise;
- Support employees by deploying the various HR policies (talent management, diversity, remuneration, training, etc.) to ensure their commitments;
- Follow the evolutions of the business lines and organizations by being a force of proposal on the human support with an approach solution;
- Support leaders in the development of their leadership;
- Leverage internal survey results and contribute to the development of action plans;
- Promote all HR processes and tools to employees.

As an HR Business Partner, you are the interlocutor of employees in the development of their career, you identify talents, particularly through the deployment of Talent management processes and encourage internal mobility.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us

You have at least 8 years of experience in HRBP or more than 15 years in various HR functions.

You are familiar with:

- Managing business and HR issues with a Business Partner approach;
- Human resources management tools;
- Labour law and human resources regulations.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Independent, rigorous and diplomatic;
- Recognized for your sense of customer relationship, quality of service and results;
- Appreciated for team spirit.

You master English with a C1 level.
