**Job Description: Marketing Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design and Branding**
- Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital graphics, and presentations.
- Ensure all materials adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and standards.
- Work with external designers or agencies when required to maintain a professional image.

**Content Creation**
- Create compelling and audience-specific content for newsletters, and social media.
- Develop materials that showcase achievements, promote services, and generate leads.
- Adapt content for use across various digital and print platforms.

**Social Media Management**
- Oversee the company’s social media presence by planning and scheduling posts.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments or messages promptly.
- Analyse performance metrics to optimise content and improve engagement.

**Marketing Campaign Management**
- Support the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
- Track performance metrics and report on campaign outcomes, including ROI.

**SEO and Paid Media**
- Optimise website content for improved search engine rankings and visibility.
- Coordinate paid advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media ads.
- Use analytics to refine strategies and generate high-quality leads.

**Brand Management**
- Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms and materials.
- Manage the repository of brand assets, ensuring accessibility for internal and external use.
- Regularly review materials to ensure compliance with brand standards.

**Event Organisation**
- Plan and execute marketing-focused events, such as trade shows and networking opportunities.
- Oversee logistics, budgets, and promotions to deliver impactful events.
- Conduct follow-ups to measure the success and ROI of events.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration and resource-sharing to achieve cohesive results.

**Performance Analysis**
- Monitor the success of marketing activities using analytics tools.
- Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use performance data to guide future strategies and optimise campaigns.

**Budget Management**
- Assist in managing the marketing budget to ensure resources are used effectively.
- Track spending and evaluate the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

**Market Research and Industry Knowledge**
- Conduct research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Provide actionable recommendations for innovative marketing approaches.

**Marketing Technology Utilisation**
- Leverage CRM and analytics tools to improve marketing efficiency and results.
- Streamline workflows and enhance tracking of marketing activities.
