OMNES EDUCATION is a private institution of higher education and multidisciplinary research in Management, Engineering Sciences, Communication & Creation and Political Sciences, located in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Chambéry-Savoie, London, Geneva, Monaco, San Francisco and Abidjan. Its 12 schools train 30,000 students and 2,000 executives each year, from Bachelor's to DBA level, in class or online.

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to contribute to the design and management of multi-channel digital campaigns with a heavy focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can think digital first, is passionate about understanding the customer and their needs, and will be a valuable partner with our Recruitment, Admissions and Communication teams.

**ROLE / MISSION**

Under supervision of Head of Development, within the Marketing and Recruitment team, you will be in charge of implementing Digital Marketing and communication operations via digital media. You will work in close collaboration with the Group's Marketing Department, and your responsibilities will include the following:

- Implementing online direct marketing (dynamic messages, landing pages, pop-ups, recruitment webinars, prospecting);
- Ensure referencing on major networks such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and be in charge of advertising;
- CRM and customer database management: development of prospect databases, analysis, database updates, and creation of mailing lists;
- Compiling statistics and sales listings;
- Set baselines and improve all KPIs: deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate, revenue, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
- Propose and implement new direct marketing initiatives using new technologies and online technology;
- Implementation of recruitment support actions on social networks, presence and visibility of IUM and its programs.

**PROFILE / SKILLS**
- At least 3 years higher education in a field related to the position and initial successful experience in digital marketing;
- Mastery of digital marketing principles, tools and techniques;
- Experience in a similar role in a business school or other higher education establishment is appreciated;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French; Efficiency, assertiveness and diplomacy, teamwork;
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of sales principles;
- Good sense of organization, prioritization, ability to manage a multitude of tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in the following software is required: Google suite (GA4, looker studio, ), media platforms Google ads, meta ads, TikTok, Photoshop / Canva, Microsoft office.
