EU Export Area Manager - CP Skin Health Group

We are looking for our** **Europe Export Area Manager** who will be in charge of developing the sales of an area through a network of distributors, respecting the sales, marketing, financial objectives, guidelines and at the same time guaranteeing the brand image for CP Skin Health brands portfolio (Filorga, PCA SKIN and EltaMD).

**What You’ll Do**

In this role, you will be in charge of:

- Participate, elaborate and implement a brands export strategy on the area
- Drive and Implement the commercial strategy
- Strengthen business relationships to grow the area’s sales revenue by maximizing potential markets with trusted partners.
- Prospect and develop on the area, new opportunities of business
- P&L Management : Elaborate and Manage the area’s budget by client and by distributor (sales revenue, cost structure, operating profit, forecast)
- Analyze results and profitability against objectives and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure competitive intelligence
- Work closely with Sales Administration and Regulatory Affairs to maximize commercial efficiency

This position will be based in Paris and frequent travels are expected.

**Required qualifications**:
You have significant professional experience in a similar function for at least 8 years, in the cosmetic industry and if possible in the European Area.

Entrepreneur and Innovative, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You like International challenges and have a strong ability to adapt.

You speak fluent English.
