Job Summary:
European LD Coordinator
- The Leadership Development Coordinator for Blue-NTE will be the owner of the European side of BLUE training logistics, will partner directly with US Field Training Specialist, and will be responsible for coordinating the full aspects of New-to-Europe Training and will work closely with the LD team as integral part of the Leadership Development and Mentor Team. Also, where appropriate, will contribute to LD goals in the fields of Hiring and Training, New Leader Training, and Mentoring.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and collaborate in the creation of BLUE material for the next season.
- Coordinate the logistics of all European BLUES
- Updating material for NTE (Quick Guides, Videos, Field Staff Communication, etc.) and ensure the content we are delivering is valid and accurate.
- Partner with Scheduling Team to monitor New-to-Europe schedules and calendar distribution to other LDC/LDL involved in the program.
- Mentor a team of 10-15 Leaders and provide one on one coaching and mentoring to enhance their leadership. Ensure compliance with PTTCs, Mid-Season Check-ins and End of Season Reviews for New Leaders.
- Support field staff with performance, leadership strategies, navigating systems, and best practices.
- Provide coaching for field staff (LAUGH, BIR, Feedback, etc..)
- May be part of the Field Staff Performance response team
- Execute performance management conversations in partnership with LDM (Career progression, coaching on specific Field staff criteria, etc.)
- Effectively communicate with LD, TD, and OPS partners and report regional updates to LD Management.
- May be part of the Training Team (1 to 2 NLTs (New Leader Training))
- May be part of the Interviewing team.
- As part of the LD Team, work closely with LDMs regarding any projects that the department is developing.
