Business Development Capture Lead

Overview This position focuses on identifying, tracking, and winning task order work under Cimarron’s multiple-award contract vehicles, including OASIS+, SHIELD, and other IDIQ/GWAC contracts. The role may be performed remotely and supports Cimarron’s growth across multiple domains. Key Duties Identify and track task order opportunities under Cimarron’s existing IDIQ and GWAC contract vehicles. Lead or support the capture process from opportunity identification through proposal submission. Coordinate with program managers, technical leads, and proposal writers to develop compliant, compelling task order responses. Monitor government portals (SAM.gov, PIEE, GSA eBuy) for relevant solicitations. Analyze task order requirements and assist in developing bid/no-bid recommendations. Maintain the opportunity pipeline and provide regular status updates to leadership. Assist in developing win themes, pricing strategies, and teaming arrangements. Support proposal production, reviews, and lessons‑learned activities. Required Skills, Experience, and Education U.S. citizen. Access to federal facilities; must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID‑compliant driver's license or state‑issued ID at hire. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance in a reasonable timeframe. 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience supporting business development or capture for task orders under IDIQ or GWAC contracts. Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes and Small Business participation strategies. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and pipeline tracking tools. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. Desired Skills, Experience, and Education Active Secret Clearance (or higher). Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field. Experience with contract vehicles such as OASIS+, SHIELD, SEWP, or equivalent. Experience developing or leading task order proposals. Knowledge of aerospace, defense, or engineering services markets.
