**Scope**

As a Strategic Pricing Manager:

- you will Report to the Head of TSS Pricing,& you will be the referent for all Pricing related matters, towards new products, business models
- You will develop Pricing Methodology & Policy awareness in Marketing, sales and Finance Team

**Responsibilities**
- Implement Hardware, Software and Services pricing policy, in coordination with the TSS Product Marketing
- Define Value base Pricing for new products/service based on market definition and customer segments
- Publish recommended prices for all Products/ Services and all geographies
- Adjust when needed recommendations, based on pricing data points, or competitive/ Market & Maintain or regulate the features values, to ensure pricing consistency with the portfolio
- Monitor Price erosion and adjust Price recommendation on existing products,
- Understand Competition offering, behavior, and market trends
- Optimize Gross Profit and Margin through Price Sandbox implementation for Sales quotation
- Coordinate Transfer Pricing Policy with Tax Department
- Support Sales Team for new Products Introduction, or answers to RFP

**Experience / Skills**
- Master’s degree graduate from business school or university
- You have strong background in Software and Services,& you have an extensive experience on a similar role 8 years in Pricing / Product management

**Technical skills**:

- Strong background in Software and Services
- Excel proficiency
- TM1 & Power BI ability
- French, English languages proficiency, 3rd language is a plus

**Additional important skills**
- Autonomous, self-motivation, curious and innovative
- Appetite for new technology and business models
- Ability to work transversally and to lead and motivate professionals from different backgrounds
- Strong capacity to communicate to all and various levels of management
