As a part-time Local Ops IT Technician, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Installation and configuration of workstations (provisioning and renewal)
User support, management of level 2 incidents, after the Hotline
Networking of work sites
Local network administration
Asset management (EasyVista)
Management of mobile telephony
**Technical knowledge**:
Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents
Network knowledge
Computer configuration and maintenance
