We are recruiting for new CMF Designers Footwear Sportstyle
Here are the main missions of the role:
- Research, analyze, and translate global, emerging, cultural, and sports trends into stories and seasonal themes applied to Colors, Materials, and Finishes.
- Research, analyze, and translate global and emerging trends in order to:
- Build seasonal themes, capsules, and limited editions, along with their harmonies and color palettes
- Develop color strategies by product and by segment
- Participate in creating relevant assortments (e.g., footwear/apparel)
- Create product/segment assortments linked to merchandising tactics
- Suggest color transposition strategies (“color blockings”)
- Propose material solutions, trims/ornaments (zippers, pullers, eyelets...) and finishes
- Draft and update technical sheets for colorways and upload them to dedicated software
- Integrate colorways into IT systems
- Ensure monitoring and feasibility of each project, from colorization to development
- Consolidate and evolve the material toolbox dedicated to assigned ranges, collaborating with the Materials team to research operational yet innovative, advanced, and inspiring materials and finishes.

- _ Rechercher, analyser et traduire les tendances mondiales, émergeantes, culturelles et sportives en histoires et thématiques saisonnières appliquées aux Couleurs, Matières et Finitions. _
- _Rechercher, analyser et traduire les tendances globales et émergeantes afin de :_
- _ Construire les thèmes saisonniers, capsules et éditions limitées, leurs harmonies et leurs palettes couleurs_
- _ Construire des tactiques de couleur par produit et par segment_
- _ Coloriser les différents produits des gammes assignées_
- _ Participer à la création d’assortiments pertinents (chaussures / vêtements par exemple)_
- _ Créer des assortiments de produits / segments liés aux tactiques de merchandising_
- _ Proposer des tactiques de transposition couleurs (« color blockings »)_
- _ Proposer des solutions de matériaux, ornements/trims (zip, tirette, oeillets...) et de finitions_
- _ Rédiger et mettre à jour les fiches techniques des coloris (« colorways ») pour les produits et les posters sur les logiciels dédiés_
- _ Intégrer les coloris dans les systèmes informatiques _
- _Assurer le suivi et la faisabilité de chaque projet, de la colorisation a
