You are responsible for:
For our International Compensation & Benefits manager vacancy, we are looking for a new colleague in our Global HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of various processes concerning remuneration, benchmarking, merit and variable pay in support of the day to day reward initiatives for mostly senior management. You will be actively involved in developing and implementing Global Total Rewards initiatives, process definitions and systems implementation. You will mainly work with MS Excel and Workday.

In this position, you will be part of the improvement of the efficiency and professionalism of the C&B function within Ayvens, and a key leader in the deployment of our new harmonized policies in all our countries.

Main tasks:

- Implementation of the Annual Compensation Review in Workday for all staff within 40 countries
- Management of a C&B analyst for operational tasks : bonus calculations for senior management, benchmarks, data cleaning, operational link with Workday team, Société Générale team and HR Directors
- Set up of a new Job architecture & grading project for all Ayvens entities
- Drafting of all C&B processes (toolkit for HR Directors and managers / salary mass follow-up / bonus estimates) in line with the Ayvens Remuneration Policy
- Change management (trainings, communication, processes)
- Discussions with Finance for accruals and bonus estimates (quarterly)
- Relationships with HR Directors and Country Managing Directors (answering their requests / proactive communication / support / training)
- New set up to be implemented with the HR data team to provide new reports, to monitor the salary mass and the HR risks
- Support the disclosure process for annual report and other mandatory in
- and external reports.

The Compensation & Benefits team is located in both the Rueil Malmaison (France) and Amsterdam (Netherlands) offices, and this role could be located in one of these offices, with frequent interactions with colleagues.

To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience:
You have the DNA to deliver complex global end-to-end solutions, and implementation of actions that support business needs. Collaboration, agility, project management and decision making are examples of key behaviours reflecting the agile culture of AYVENS.
- University degree in HR or statistics or mathematics;
- Approx. 8-12 years experience in a C&B role and/or data analytics role;
- Literate in processing data;
- Strong analytic skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills to discuss and convince at all levels in the organization; Ability to critically analyse information, recommend pragmatic solutions and business focused decisions;
- Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work with a high level of independency and autonomy;
- Strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills;
- Complete fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Workday experience is a nice to have
