If you are willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow’s cleaner and smarter mobility, Faurecia is the place to be. - We are looking for a Digital Learning project manager to join our dynamic team You join the digital team, at FORVIA University, the place for corporate learning and training at Faurecia as a Digital Learning Project Manager. You Work On Key Digital Topics Your missions and main responsibilities: You take charge of digital learning projects from A to Z. Answer the needs of the businesses and help them upskill their audience and achieve performance. - Platforms management: Learning Experience Platform, Learning App, Learning Management System (LMS) success factor: update of content, course assignment, - Content project management: You will manage from internal sales to project management & content development, followed up by marketing and data analysis to prove ROI. Working with different type of digital formats: video-based courses, Virtual Reality (VR), Interactive MOOCs, Digital Coaching - Management of stakeholders: You will manage our internal clients (businesses and functions) and partners (IT, HR), along with external partners (platform providers and content developers), As well as the FORVIA University team around the World (North America, China, India) - Data analysis: Reports on key KPIs, data analysis and monthly reporting - Internal Communication: Learning marketing & communication in order to ensure learner engagement Your Skills and competencies: - You are a pro in project management with a "Get things done" attitude - You are "Digital Fluent" - You master in time management, facilitation, and organisation - You show an entrepreneurial mindset - You are agile and focused on delivering projects and satisfying internal clients - You feel at ease managing relationships with various stakeholders - You are fluent in English to work daily with international contacts So, are you coming on board?
