**Short description**:
Our Human Resources department in France is looking for **an Intern (F/M) for a period of 6 months**, based in Saint-Aubin (91) and remotely.

**Tasks in detail**:
Under the responsibility of the HR Manager France, your mission will be to support the HR department in the management of daily HR tasks and in other HR projects covering all entities in France.
- Prepare HR and administrative documents in relation with employee contract life cycle
- Onboarding management
- Management of HR operations: absence tool, lunch tickets, elements to prepare the payroll
- Maintaining the HRIS
- Participation in the set up and the roll out of HR policies (Legal & agreements, compensation & benefits, Talent development, HR Communication, Performance management, HR country development)
- Workers council support: participation in the meetings
- HR project management (engagement management, training management, diversity and inclusion)
