**Division**
L’équipe Group Corporate M&A & Strategy est responsable des opérations de fusions
- acquisitions pour le Groupe (“buyside M&A”). Sur le volet stratégique, le périmètre de l’équipe couvre principalement l’analyse fondamentale de la performance de l’action SCOR ainsi que le suivi des cibles du plan stratégique du Groupe, Forward 2026. L’équipe participe également à des projets internes en relation avec la finance d’entreprise.
L’équipe Group Strategy & Corporate Finance participe à l’élaboration du plan stratégique et prépare des analyses de performances du groupe vis-à-vis de ses pairs. Sur le volet M&A, elle assure la préparation et l’exécution des opérations de fusions-acquisitions pour le Groupe (“buy-side and sell-side M&A”). L’équipe participe également à divers projets internes en relation avec la finance d’entreprise.
**Missions et responsabilités**
Pleinement intégré au sein de l’équipe, vos principales missions seront:
- Assurer la tenue à jour de benchmarks stratégiques
- Assister l’équipe sur les différentes exécutions en cours
- Participer aux exercices d’évaluation des caractéristiques industrielles et financières
de projets d’acquisition et de cession
- Assurer la veille concurrentielle de l’activité M&A dans le secteur
- Vous contribuerez aussi à supporter l’élaboration de:
- Présentations et mémos à destination du management de SCOR et du Conseil
d’Administration
- Modèles financiers et modèles de valorisation divers
**Formation**:
- École d’ingénieurs ou école de commerce de renom (ex. : HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, EML). Formation en finance d’entreprise ou de marché d’une grande université (ex. : Sciences Po, Dauphine).
- Stage de fin d’études ou année de césure.
**Compétences techniques**:
- Solides connaissances en finance d’entreprise.
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et PowerPoint.
- Bonne base en mathématiques financières.
**Expérience**:
- Première expérience en M&A, transaction services ou conseil.
**Langues**:
- Français courant.
- Anglais écrit et oral maîtrisé.
