**About Pasqal**

PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools.

In addition to the exceptional computing power they provide, QPUs are highly energy efficient and will contribute to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.

As part of the company's hypergrowth, we are recruiting an HRBP International to reinforce our HR team. You will be based either in Massy, or Amsterdam depending on your location; and **will **be** asked** to p**articipate in business travels **(mainly Amsterdam).

In this context and under the HR VP's responsability, your main missions will be as followed:

- Deployement the HR processes of a defined perimeter (the entire HR function, GPEC training, development plan, career management, increase campaign, pay reevaluation, management of operational) and strategic HR projects on the international level (compensation and benefits, supporting the opening of subsidiaries, quality of life at work, internal communication in support of the communication manager)
- Being the HR referent for the employees
- Disseminate the HR policy and guide managers in their HR tasks

**About you**

You own a Master's degree in HR, and have 2-5 years of experience in HR, including at least 1 year as HRBP. You have experience working in an international context, ideally in a start up and tech environement.

Hard skills:

- You are **fluent in English and French** (mandatory)
- You have experience working with an HRSI
- You have deployed HR projects
- You have knowledge of labour law
- You have knowledge of all HR disciplines

Soft skills:

- You are rigorous
- You like being in close contact with managers and co-workers
- You are curious and show a real interest in HR
- You are eager to learn and discover new environments
