**Ready to make a Tech impact? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Technology Foresight & Incubation Chapter Lead to identify, assess, and implement innovative technologies, enabling the organization to envision and build the tech of tomorrow.**

**Your key missions**:
You will:

- Conduct technology foresight assessments to identify emerging technologies and their potential impacts on Pernod Ricard's business and operations.
- Collaborate with industry experts and technology vendors to gather insights and evaluate disruptive innovations relevant to Pernod Ricard.
- Lead the incubation of novel ideas and emerging technologies, demonstrating their feasibility, piloting their implementation, and ensuring a sustainable handover to production.
- Raise awareness among teams about innovation and new technological trends and identify key initiatives to launch within the organization.
- Organize innovation events such as hackathons, learning expeditions, and innovation days to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Deploy innovation within the Tech function to accelerate time-to-delivery, enhance the resilience of the information system, and optimize costs.
- Structure regular communication to promote the chapter’s activities and highlight successes.

- You hold a **Master’s degree** in engineering or from a business school.
- You possess strong **analytical skills** and the ability to interpret complex technological trends and their business implications.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- You bring a **collaborative mindset** and can work effectively across cross-functional teams while engaging external partners and experts.
- You have **proven experience** in technology foresight, trend analysis, or strategic planning, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- You are proficient in **design thinking**, process mining, and lean startup methodologies.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is appreciated but not mandatory.
