Nous recherchons notre Cloud Product Manager qui sera responsable de l’offre Cloud de Jahia.

Jahia Cloud est une offre d’hébergement utilisant les infrastructures AWS et OVH afin d’héberger les solutions éditées par la société. En forte croissance, Jahia Cloud permet aux clients d’utiliser leur CMS et DXP tout en bénéficiant du confort de ne pas avoir à infogérer la solution.

Rattaché.e au VP PRODUCT & MARKETING, vous travaillerez étroitement avec le Cloud Delivery Manager, vous rejoindrez une équipe composée de deux Senior Product Manager, dont la gamme de produits est également hébergé sur Jahia Cloud.

**Votre mission : Gérer, développer et promouvoir l’offre Cloud**
- S’approprier et développer la vision produit, la roadmap de Jahia Cloud
- Traduire la stratégie produit en objectifs spécifiques détaillées
- Collaborer avec l’équipe des Product Manager: s’assurer que les produits sont exploités au mieux et travailler à rendre les autres logiciels édités par Jahia complètement exploitables
- Gérer la rentabilité des produits et l’optimisation des coûts
- Collaborer avec les Presales pour répondre aux appels d’offres si besoin et participer aux pitchs avec les prospects Cloud
- Evangéliser les usages du Cloud en présentant les fonctionnalités et les avantages régulièrement
- Piloter les relations fournisseurs du Cloud Jahia (AWS, OVH, Datadog, Virtuozzo)
- Participer au maintien de nos référentiels de conformité (ISO 27001, RGPD)
- Echanger régulièrement avec nos clients et solliciter leurs feedbacks sur nos produits

Ce poste en CDI à temps plein est basé dans les locaux de Jahia à Lyon ou Paris.

**Profil recherché**
- Diplôme d’Ingénieur / Bac+5 Informatique ou expérience équivalente
- 3 ans d’expérience de Product Manager et 5 ans en contact direct avec le client
- Vous avez démontré avec succès vos capacités à gérer tous les aspects d’un produit tout au long de son cycle de vie
- Bagage technique fort avec une compréhension et/ou une expérience pratique des architectures Cloud
- Solides compétences en résolution de problème
- Aptitude a travailler efficacement avec des équipes cross-fonctionnelles dans une organisation matricielle
- Anglais & français bilingue - très bonne expression orale ainsi qu’écrite
