Objectif de la mission

Conduire une discovery approfondie, challenger un PRD existant et définir la roadmap stratégique d'un produit Cloud B2B à fort enjeu business et technique, jusqu'à un MVP clair et actionnable, incluant un Go-To-Market initial.

Livrables attendus

À l'issue de la mission, vous aurez produit notamment :

Une vision produit consolidée et alignée avec les objectifs business

Une roadmap priorisée (6–18 mois) avec un périmètre MVP clair

Un backlog MVP détaillé (epics & user stories) sur les briques clés :

  • Stockage Un plan de Go-To-Market et recommandations pour les premiers pilotes Une synthèse stratégique de la discovery présentée au top management Phases de la mission Discovery & immersion Analyse PRD & études marché Interviews des parties prenantes internes (Product, Tech, Sales, Security…) Échanges avec partenaires / early adopters Analyse concurrentielle (hyperscalers & acteurs spécialisés) Affinage des personas (Admin partenaire, Admin studio, Artiste) Stratégie & priorisation Vision produit & OKRs Priorisation via frameworks (RICE, Value vs Effort) Définition du scope MVP & post-MVP Specs fonctionnelles high-level Roadmap & recommandations Roadmap visuelle et argumentée Recos pricing, GTM, partenariats Alignement direction & passation à l'équipe produit interne Profil recherché 5+ ans d'expérience en Product Management (Cloud / IaaS / PaaS / B2B tech) Solide compréhension de : VDI, infra GPU, virtualisation, multi-tenant, APIs, stockage distribué À l'aise avec les enjeux sécurité & conformité (RGPD, environnements sensibles) Excellente maîtrise de la discovery, priorisation, roadmap & PRD Intérêt pour les modèles B2B2X / white-label / usage-based pricing Français courant & anglais professionnel Autonomie, esprit de synthèse, très bon relationnel
