**Your work environment**:
We are looking for a **Finance Manager France, Germany and Benelux**, based at our Bevcan plant in Custines (Métropole du Grand Nancy), in France. This position reports to the Finance Director Bevcan Europe, with a dotted line to the Plant Manager.
As part of the plant management team, you will primarily be responsible for the management of the finance department and the financial controls (manufacturing and commercial) of the Bevcan business for France, Germany and Benelux in line with Company policies as well as for the resourcing and development of your employees to ensure appropriate retention of skills and experience to meet business needs.

**About you**:
You are a Graduate from a Business School (finance/accounting profile) with a minimum of 7 years’ post university experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. An excellent communicator, with good interpersonal and organisational skills, you are a team-builder and you are keen to develop and strengthen within his/her own team. You have highly developed management skills and a strong people orientation. A self-starter, you possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, often to tight deadlines. A high level of proficiency in spoken and written French and English is essential for this post. You are computer literate and experienced in integrated computer systems (i.e. SAP/JDE).
