**Job responsibilities**:
You will play a pivotal role, supporting the team in development of the revenue maximization strategy for all our acquisition channels (SEA, Paid Social, Display, Affiliation), via your actions and analyses, foster the relationship with local teams and agencies in order to maximize best practice sharing and challenge the performance to achieve targets. You will report to the Europe E-Commerce Manager directly.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
TRAFFIC ACQUISITION:

- You lead traffic acquisition strategy for the region in order to develop E-Commerce performance, on the following levers: SEA, SEO, paid social, display and affiliation
- You ensure profitability of SEA and media low funnel investments by proposing necessary optimisations
- You oversee on a daily basis campaigns execution to guarantee optimal performance of all traffic acquisition levers by proactively challenging the agencies responsible for the set-up
- You define KPIs, monitor and analyse campaigns performance, adjust central guidelines according to market results
- You work closely with Local teams to ensure perfect execution of the campaigns from media agency brief to end-of-campaign reporting
- You analyse traffic using data from media platforms, Google Analytics and our internal dashboards, and derive actionable insights

TAKE GUERLAIN.COM TO THE NEXT LEVEL:

- You are the main point of contact for Local and HQ teams on all topics relating to acquisition strategy and media activations
- You oversee monthly reporting done by the agencies on all acquisition levers and on major campaigns throughout the year
- You maintain a constant watch on new solutions proposed by various media players, and draw up test recommendations for markets

**Profile**:
**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- You have: _
- A minimum of 2 years of traffic acquisition experience in Ads Merchant
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for luxury
- Fluent English
- Italian/German/Spanish can be a plus
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Experience in briefing & copy writing is a plus
