**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The success of our customers is extremely important at Kili Technology. Making sure customers successfully go live, see the value, and feel comfortable asking for support is critical. By supporting them in their journey, we assure sustainable revenue and are able to create strong relations that will lead to expansion. This is why we have created the Solution Team.

Our Solution Team is looking for an Integration Engineer (around 4/ 5 years of experience) to be responsible for new implementations & upgrades of our growing customer portfolio from the planning to the go-live.

You will play a key role in our team, as you will lead the project lifecycle from the Planning to the Go-Live. This is a role with a strong customer interface, you will also work closely with our engineering, and technical teams to ensure the success of our projects. You will report directly to the Customer Solution Lead.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect and implement Kili OnPremise solution by ensuring that customer needs have been met and that the solution is fully functioning according to specification, to establish and maintain a relationship of trust with our customers.
- Perform integration testing on customer deployments: review the results of existing automated tests, and suggest new tests to the development squads.
- Continuously improve deployment and upgrade processes by implementing best practices and writing process documents/ documentation, and operating manuals to deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- Responsible for internal escalations in case of blocking points so the Solution Team can quickly implement an action plan with the customer sponsor.
- Collaborate with other teams to solve complex technical challenges based on stakeholder needs and work proactively towards success.
- Collaborate with Kili’s product management, engineering, and technical teams to help identify new features and product improvements to speed up deployment and upgrade times.
- You’ll use the following tools: GitLab, Linear, Freshdesk, Notion, Slack, Datadog, 1Password, Auth0.

**ABOUT YOU**

**Your profile**:

- You have a minimum of 4/ 5 years of experience as an Integration Engineer or a similar role preferably at an integrator company.
- You have experience in writing process documents/ documentation, and operating manuals.
- You are innovative, autonomous, agile, and have strong problem-solving capabilities.
- You are a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- You have leadership skill and are able to drive change.
- You have project management skills and are customer service oriented.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills and are fluent in English and French.

**Technical skills required**:

- **Configuration management**: git, merge request, collaborative work, documentation, deployment procedure.
- **Linux**: shell, scripting, operation (nice to have administration).
- **Operation**: analytic, troubleshooting competencies.
- **Containers and orchestration**: docker, kubernetes, docker-compose, helm, ingress controller (nginx).

**Nice to have skills**:

- **Programming skills**: Python, NodeJS, TypeScript, React.
- **Containers and orchestration**: image layer optimization, image best practices (CVE, non-root user, etc)
- **Security**: SSO, LDAP, OIDC, VPN.
- Infra as code, Ansible, Terraform.
- Cloud infrastructure: GCP, AWS, Azure, Open Stack.
- **Linux flavor**: Red Hat, Debian, Ubuntu, Alpine.
- Postgresql, Redis.
- MinIO.
