We are currently looking for a deployment project manager serving customers in Paris. Sectra is one of the world’s leading providers of IT systems for managing medical images. That's why project management within deployment is so important - and exciting. Working as a project manager As a project manager, you are responsible for delivering on predefined goals. Your job is to ensure that we as a deployment team and an organization live up to our customers’ expectations—that we truly deliver value to our customers. Your main responsibilities include: Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Running the project and ensuring that we are able to meet deadlines, budgets, resource needs and deliver on our promises Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects Communicating with customers in different roles and handle their different expectations. At the end of they day, each project impact health care professionals and their ability to effectively deliver patient care. To thrive in this role, you need to have an understanding of IT environments so that you can communicate efficiently and understand customer requests. You must be service-minded, enjoy adapting to changing circumstances, be able to handle strict deadlines and be looking for an opportunity to take initiative. We think you have strong leadership and communication skills and are able to collaborate with different people. You must be extremely structured and enjoy planning. You also need to be an effective problem-solver. To build trust among our customers, you need to have an understanding and/or experience of IT environments. You will always have deployment engineers as a resource in your projects, but need to handle customer communication independently and efficiently, including communication with IT departments, security experts and other stakeholders.
