The Head of RGM Pricing, Discount & Analytics coordinates key RGM levers, Pricing & Discount, within Sephora at various levels: strategic, tactical, operational. He/she is responsible of a team of 4 people. The deliverables revolve around:

- Production of strategic analyses
- Formulation of recommendations and concrete action plans
- Management of the ad-hoc performance of actions taken / their ROI
- Coordination of the implementation of internal tools related to these levers
- Preparing strategic internal meetings for the Executive Committee and Management Board

- Strategy for pricing positioning vs. competition
- Coordination of supplier price increase analysis
- Management of pricing consistency across brands in key categories (foundations, mascaras, etc.)
- Pricing positioning of new brands within the ecosystem
- Customer studies to measure price sensitivity on bestsellers.
- Management of the impact on the margin

For example, here are the topics around discount levers:

- Establishment of a European framework of best practices and discount management
- Measurement of the Return on Investment of discounts: defining a methodology, processes
- Discount strategy on the web / monitoring the deployment of algorithms.
- Management of the impact on the margin

For example, here are the topics around analytics:

- Management of analyses and performance tracking (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Supervision of the production of regular reports for Europe and France
- Development and maintenance of dashboards, notably for central and country teams, facilitating access to critical data for maximum reactivity
- Supervision of specific analyses on demand based on data for strategic initiatives across markets.

- Graduate of an engineering or business school.
- 6-10 years of experience in a role as a Data Analyst, Pricing/RGM manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects independently and manage priorities.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of translating numerical analyses into clear strategies.
- Ability to coordinate/animate multiple business sectors (Offer, CRM/Marketing, Finance, IT/Digital) and several countries around common topics.
- Ability to manage and develop a team.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL, as well as data analysis tools such as Dataiku, Dataprep, and Alteryx, and dashboard design tools such as PowerBI, Datastudio, and Tableau, would be a significant advantage.

La/le Head of RGM Pricing, Discount & Analytics coordonne les leviers clés RGM, Pricing & Discount, au sein de Sephora à différents niveaux : stratégique, tactique, opérationnel. Il/Elle est en charge d’une équipe de 4 personnes. Les restitutions s’articulent autour de:

- Production d’analyses stratégiques
- Formulation de recommandations et de plans d’actions concrets
- Pilotage de la performance ad-hoc des actions menées / de leur ROI
- Coordination de la mise en place d’outils interne en lien avec ces leviers
- Préparer les rendez-vous stratégiques en interne, à destination des CODIR et COMEX
