To go further, with Dior. **YOUR IMPACT** Within the PCD Europe Team, the **HEAD OF CONTROLLING**Europe is in charge of **supporting the finance director as business partner of the general management of Team Europe.** **The position is based in Neuilly Sur Seine.** **Job responsibilities**: As **HEAD OF CONTROLLING**Europe, you will be assisting the **FINANCE DIRECTOR**in **planning, analyzing, reviewing, steering and anticipating the financial performance of PCD in Europe to allow the general management to foster business leadership and improve financial results.**You manage one junior controller and one intern (to be hired) and ensure finance team act as **a business partner**of Team Europe and of our finance staff in our subsidiaries. In a context of lower topline opportunities, the head of controlling has a huge role to play assisting the Regional Director Committee in transforming the business to enhance efficiency and deliver additional profit. Your main assignment will be focused on **FINANCIAL CONTROLLING.** - **SALES & P&L CONTROLLING** YOU REPORT AND CONSOLIDATE ACTUAL SALES PERFORMANCE VS OBJECTIVES AND LAST YEAR, INCLUDING ANALYSING BY PERIOD, MARKET, PRODUCTS AND FRANCHISES, CHANNELS, RETAILERS (WITH FOCUS ON COMMERCIAL TERMS) YOU LIAISE MONTHLY WITH SUPPLY CHAIN TO ALIGN MARKET OUTLOOKS WITH LOGISTIC FORECASTS YOU REPORT AND CONSOLIDATE ACTUAL PROFIT & LOSS STATEMENT VS OBJECTIVES AND LAST YEAR, INCLUDING ANALYSING OF TRADE TERMS BY MARKET AND BY RETAILERS, GROSS MARGIN, OPEX BY NATE (MEDIA, PAYROLL ETC) AND OPERATING PROFIT YOU CONTROL OPEX BUDGETS OF REGIONAL STRUCTURE (TEAM EUROPE) - **BUDGETING/FORECASTING** YOU TARGET FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES BY MARKET YOU LIAISE WITH CENTRAL FINANCE AND MARKETS TO COORDINATE PROCESS ACCORDING TO DEADLINES AND ACT AS FIRST LEVEL OF SUPPORT YOU CONTROL COMPLETION, CORRECTNESS, QUALITY AND CONSOLIDATION OF KEY DATA (SALES, OPEX, MEDIA, CAPEX, P&L, KPI) - **BUSINESS PARTNERING & TRANSFORMATION SUPPORT** YOU ACT AS BUSINESS PARTNER FOR ALL RELEVANT INTERLOCUTORS (IN PARTICULAR TEAM EUROPE, CENTRAL ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE TEAM AND FINANCE TEAMS OF EUROPEAN SUBSIDIARIES) WHICH ARE UNDER CHALLENGE IN THIS NEW BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT AND NEW ECONOMIC CONTEXT.
