The challenge for brands is to move beyond traditional retail strategies to attract a captive but volatile, price-sensitive, and low-loyalty customer.

Our mission is to support brands within the Travel Retail network by enhancing the sales space experience: highly specialized sales teams to drive cross-selling and upselling, engaging displays, and effective merchandising.

**Work in Rhodes, Greece - Brand Ambassador Wanted**

We’re hiring **Brand Ambassadors** to join our team at **Rhodes Airport** - a dynamic hub on one of Greece’s most iconic islands. With its medieval old town, golden beaches, and unforgettable sunsets, **Rhodes** is where work feels like a holiday.

**Important Requirements**:
**EU nationality is required** (due to local employment regulations).

Availability from May to October (minimum stay: 2 months).

**What You’ll Do**:
✨ Represent international brand to travelers from around the world.

✨ Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced airport setting.

✨ Work alongside a young, motivated team.

**What You Need**:
Outgoing and sociable personality

Fluent in English (interview will be in English)

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Flexible schedule and willingness to relocate

Availability between May and October (minimum commitment: 2 months).

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing and sociable personality
Fluent in English - the primary language in airport zones (the interview will be conducted in English)
A second language is a plus
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Flexible, with a willingness to relocate

You ideally have previous experience in sales - GLOBE will provide full training and support to help you grow your skills.

Key qualities: strong sales mindset, friendly and approachable, excellent communication skills, and a polished appearance.
