Management of 7/8 people + 3 apprentices Management - Team support throuh optimising existing processes and procedures based on tracking of key KPIs - Support and management of communication - especially with the operational and commercial teams to ensure education of and adherance to key financial and administrative processes - Provision of any other support for the team regardingendcustomers as well as other internal key stakeholder Cash Collection & Dunning - Supervision of mailing of monthly reminder letters from SAP to customers in arrears as well as any other documentation required - Support for the team in negotiating, setting-up and monitoring of payment schedules for overdue customers - Supervision of analyses of overall receivables to determine potential risks related to customer overdues/non-payments including disputes, including for the monthend closings Cash Application - Supervision of registration of payments received (cheques, bank transfer) duly handled by the team - Supervision of lettering of accounts in accordance with details provided by clients Risk analysis - Supervision of the updating of credit limit for all customers - based on analysis of key financial data for new customers, analysis of payment delays & claims for existing customer in order to decide on whether to allow credit limit increases - Preparation, participation and representation of accounts receivable team at the monthly Credit Comities (together with the CEO, CFO and Sales teams) Projets - Collaboration (and potential leadership) of certain special assignments/task forces related to the perimiter in question - Work together with all other key support teams (such as the sales teams including the back-office)"
