- As Senior Employment Counsel you will be advising HR and other business units within Tesla France on all labor and employment matters. The Senior Employment Counsel will be part of Tesla’s EMEA Legal team and will be supporting the EMEA Employment team. The role is based in Paris.

- En tant que conseiller(ère) principal(e) en emploi (Senior Employment Counsel), vous conseillerez le département des ressources humaines et les autres unités commerciales de Tesla France sur toutes les questions relatives au travail et à l’emploi. Le / la conseiller(ère) en emploi (Senior Employment Counsel) fera partie de l’équipe juridique EMEA de Tesla et soutiendra l’équipe d’emploi EMEA. Ce poste est basé à Paris.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and assess employment law risks and offer practical, creative solutions to all business partners
- Provide day-to-day advice on a broad range of employment issues such as recruiting, hiring, compensation and benefits, pay practices, HR practices, performance management, terminations, employee investigations and labor relations
- Negotiating and re-negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and improving all employment legal related agreements
- Create and continuously improve frameworks for employment contracts and working closely with internal teams (such as Recruiting, HR and Payroll) to operationalize agreements and monitor new relevant legislation and regulations to help build and implement scalable, employment policies and programs that balance legal risk with business impact
- Provide overall strategic and tactical direction of ongoing and threatened employment legal disputes and litigation matters
- Negotiating fee arrangements with outside counsel and managing cases to minimize litigation cost
- Support Tesla’s commitment to a discrimination and harassment free workplace by assisting on employment compliance projects and providing training to managers and employees

Responsabilités:

- Fournir des conseils quotidiens sur un large éventail de questions liées à l’emploi, telles que le recrutement, l’embauche, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux, les pratiques salariales, les pratiques en matière de ressources humaines, la gestion des performances, les licenciements, les enquêtes sur les salariés et les relations de travail
- Négocier et renégocier, rédiger, réviser et améliorer tous les accords juridiques liés à l’emploi
- Créer et améliorer en permanence des cadres pour les contrats de travail et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (telles que les services du recrutement, des ressources humaines et de la rémunération) pour rendre les accords opérationnels et surveiller les nouvelles législations et réglementations pertinentes afin d’aider à élaborer et à mettre en œuvre des politiques et des programmes d’emploi évolutifs qui équilibrent le risque juridique et l’impact sur l’activité de l’entreprise
- Fournir une orientation stratégique et tactique globale pour les litiges et contentieux en matière d’emploi, qu’ils soient en cours ou imminents
