- Au sein de Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking, vous rejoindrez notre équipe **Infrastructure & Energy**pour un **stage de 6 mois**en tant qu’**Analyste,**en charge des financements et acquisitions de projets dans les secteurs Transition Energétique & Ressources Naturelles, Télécoms, Transport & Environnement pour la zone Europe.

Vos principales missions seront:

- L’analyse des projets (due diligence, revue de business model, principaux risques, enjeux sectoriels, impacts environnementaux )
- La structuration financière et la modélisation (mise en place de modules de dette, analyse de ratios, calculs de sensibilités)
- La rédaction de notes et recommandations à destination des comités internes (business et risques), incluant entre autres des analyses de rentabilité et de risques (rating etc)
- Le soutien à la mise en place de la documentation juridique
- Le support à l’effort d’origination (propositions commerciales et pitch) et au suivi de la relation clients

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree from an engineering or business school and have a strong interest in the infrastructure and energy sector.

You have a first internship experience in finance or M&A in a bank, fund, consulting firm or at an industrial company, and have knowledge of structured financing.

You are comfortable on Excel, autonomous, rigorous.

Thus you are dynamic and curious, eager to learn and work in a team.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
