**Ready to make a Tech impact? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Collaboration Product Owner to lead the global implementation and delivery of collaboration and communication platforms, driving innovation and user adoption.**

**Your key missions**:
You will:

- ** Demand Management**: Gather new demands and translate them into Features and User Stories to integrate into the product backlogs.
- ** Backlog Management**: Prioritize the product backlog, manage risks and interdependencies with other squads, and steer squad delivery while facilitating day-to-day interactions.
- ** Product Lifecycle Management**: Contribute to product vision, define and analyze features, manage squad delivery, and track product performance and value realization against KPIs.
- ** Product Catalog Management**: Ensure alignment and updates between the product/service catalog and the overall portfolio, and communicate changes effectively.
- ** Incident Management**: Lead L2/L3 incident investigations, diagnosis, and resolution.
- ** Resource Management**: Estimate resource forecasts, adjust roadmaps, and report on resource utilization.
- ** IT Financial Management**: Provide product roadmaps, track ROI, and manage product funding with variance analysis.

**If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply**
- You have significant experience in the Modern Workplace field, especially in managing end-user services like Microsoft 365 (M365), Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
- You bring deep knowledge of M365 tenant configuration/management, licensing models, governance, and security best practices.
- You excel at stakeholder engagement, with strong communication and adoption skills to promote collaboration solutions globally.
- You demonstrate a strategic, value-driven mindset, with experience in roadmap creation and value monitoring.
- You have experience delivering secure and compliant collaboration platforms and managing L3 support for M365.
- You hold strong product management experience, ideally with a Product Owner certification.
- You possess a solid understanding of the agile mindset and practices.
